WBLink's services are available to registered business entities only. Individuals applying must be at least 18 years of age and have authority to bind the business. We do not provide accounts or cards to individuals acting in a personal capacity.
WBLink provides a corporate card and expense management platform for registered businesses. Services include card issuance, spending policy management, expense tracking, approval workflows, and related reporting tools.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
Account access requires registration and completion of our business verification process, which includes submission of business documents and identity verification for key individuals. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for maintaining account security. Account approval is at WBLink's discretion.
You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws, including those relating to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing. The following are not permitted:
WBLink may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required.
Applicable fees will be disclosed clearly before any fee-generating transaction or service is confirmed. WBLink may update its fee structure with reasonable advance notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated fees.
We take reasonable steps to maintain platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be affected by maintenance or factors outside our control. We will notify users of planned downtime where possible.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, regulatory risk, or failure to meet verification requirements. In cases involving serious risk, access may be suspended immediately without prior notice. Users may close their account by contacting us.
To the extent permitted by law, WBLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the three months preceding any claim. Nothing herein limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
